3060 Marketing is a Scotland-based marketing consultancy specialising in financial services firms. Founded by Zara Malley, a marketing consultant with over 20 years of experience, 3060 supports independent financial advisers, mortgage brokers, planners and regulated businesses with marketing strategy, web design, social media and on-demand marketing. Based in Stirling, we work with firms across Scotland including Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen.

3060 was built from years of running businesses, supporting clients and working inside fast-moving commercial environments.

Today, the focus is helping independent financial advisers and financial services firms build clearer, more consistent marketing that supports trust, visibility and long-term growth.

I’m the person behind 3060 Marketing Ltd. 

 

How did we get our name?

The name comes from Taurus (it's me, I'm the Taurus), it's bull representation and the position of 30 to 60 degrees on the zodiac wheel. But more than that, it reflects the ethos of the business: grounded and direct . And that's how we operate - straightforward, no unnecessary complexity, and marketing that is always focused entirely on results.

Just honest conversations, practical ideas and marketing support designed to help financial services businesses grow in a way that actually makes sense.

 

It’s a name rooted in personality, but also in approach — I give straightforward, grounded and built around doing good work without the nonsense.

A lot of marketing advice sounds good in theory but falls apart in real-world businesses.

Before launching 3060 full-time, I spent years working across business ownership, marketing, events, hospitality and consultancy roles.

I understand what it feels like to juggle marketing alongside running a business, managing clients and trying to grow sustainably without wasting time or money on things that do not move the business forward.

3060 was built around a more practical approach.

That experience means the advice and support I provide is grounded in commercial reality, not just marketing trends.

Why financial services?

Financial advisers do not just need marketing that “looks good.”  You need marketing that feels clear, professional and trustworthy.

 

That aligns closely with how I already work.

Alongside my marketing background and commercial acumen, I have developed a growing interest in finance and financial education through both self-directed study and formal learning, including studying RO1 Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics through the Chartered Insurance Institute.

That combination of marketing experience and understanding of regulated environments allows 3060 to support advisers and financial services firms in a way that feels commercially aware, practical and aligned with the industry.
