At 3060 Marketing, we aim to provide high-quality marketing and consultancy services. As most services involve time, planning, and bespoke work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with the terms below.

2. Payments
All payments must be made in advance of services being delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations
Before work has started:
If you cancel a service before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on any costs already incurred.

After work has started:
If work has already begun, refunds are not typically offered. However, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion, based on the amount of work completed.

4. Marketing Audits & Strategy Work
Due to the nature of these services (time-based and bespoke), once work has started or has been delivered, refunds are not available.

5. Ongoing Services (e.g. Marketing Support, Socials & Content)
Ongoing services may be cancelled with notice (to be agreed in advance, e.g. 14 days or 30 days).
Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be charged and is non-refundable.

6. Web Design Services
For web design projects:

• A deposit may be required before work begins

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started

• If a project is cancelled part-way through, any completed work will be charged

7. Results Disclaimer
While we aim to improve your marketing performance, we cannot guarantee specific results (such as leads, sales, or growth). Refunds are not provided based on outcomes.
